Alimentos
de la Granja is a Mexican company devoted to production
of egg products. We work to offer our clients the best solutions
in use and consumption of this type of products, to help
them raise their competitiveness and increase their market
share.
Today our product line offers efficient solutions for the leading
brands in the Mexican food industry, in both bread baking,
mayonnaises and dressings, cookies and pastry, and in production
of canned and preserved foods, nutritional beverages, and other
similar products.
In addition, we have designed a special line to meet the exacting
needs of the demanding restaurant industry, fast food chains,
industrial dining halls, and food service suppliers in general.
Because our clients are our prime asset, and
the market in which they operate is competitive and in constant
change, we are obliged to give priority to both quality and
innovation. We work diligently to raise our standards of quality
in line with ISO 9001-2000 standards for certification
of Quality Management Systems and HACCP standards for
Food Safety. On the other hand, we are a company concerned
with constant development of new products and optimization
of or existing products. We are aware that our success goes
hand in hand with that of our clients’ products and is
based on the attention and service we offer them.
History
Alimentos
de la Granja, S.A. de C. V. was
founded in 1969, in response to the need for an egg processing
company to satisfy the needs of the growing Mexican food industry.
Thus, we can take pride in being the first company of our kind
in Mexico.
In its early days, the company worked with a single egg breaking
machine, with the capacity to process 60 crates an hour. Our
main clients were bakeries and small pastry factories.
After more than thirty years offering outstanding service, excellent
quality, and competitive prices, today we process up to 380 crates
of eggs per hour, to satisfy an extensive list of clients, which
include leading firms in the Mexican food industry. Today we
remain, proudly, the leader in egg products in the Mexican market.
